O novo benef\u00edcio foi oficializado nesta quinta-feira (17) por meio do Decreto n\u00ba 1.052\/2025 e garante o repasse anual de R$ 1.700,00 aos profissionais em exerc\u00edcio na Secretaria de Estado da Justi\u00e7a e Reintegra\u00e7\u00e3o Social (SEJURI).<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A medida entra em vigor a partir de 1\u00ba de janeiro de 2025 e tem como objetivo auxiliar na aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o do uniforme funcional. O valor ser\u00e1 reajustado anualmente com base no \u00cdndice Nacional de Pre\u00e7os ao Consumidor Amplo (IPCA).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O pagamento ser\u00e1 realizado no m\u00eas de anivers\u00e1rio do servidor ou no m\u00eas de conclus\u00e3o do Curso de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o Profissional, desde que o servidor tenha sido aprovado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O decreto tamb\u00e9m prev\u00ea o ressarcimento do valor correspondente \u00e0 reposi\u00e7\u00e3o do uniforme danificado durante o exerc\u00edcio da fun\u00e7\u00e3o, mediante apura\u00e7\u00e3o institucional e parecer favor\u00e1vel.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Regras para recebimento<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ter\u00e3o direito ao benef\u00edcio apenas os servidores que estiverem em efetivo exerc\u00edcio em fun\u00e7\u00f5es administrativas ou operacionais no \u00e2mbito da SEJURI.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e3o ter\u00e3o direito ao recebimento da indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Servidores lotados ou \u00e0 disposi\u00e7\u00e3o de outros \u00f3rg\u00e3os que n\u00e3o a SEJURI;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Servidores que tenham acumulado mais de seis meses de afastamento nos 12 meses anteriores ao m\u00eas de anivers\u00e1rio.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m disso, o valor recebido poder\u00e1 ser integralmente restitu\u00eddo caso n\u00e3o sejam obedecidas as regras de uso do uniforme estabelecidas pelo Departamento de Pol\u00edcia Penal (DPP) e pelo Departamento de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Socioeducativa (DEASE).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A medida representa mais um avan\u00e7o na valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da categoria e contribui para garantir mais dignidade e padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o no exerc\u00edcio das fun\u00e7\u00f5es de seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica no Estado.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_21591\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-21591\" style=\"width: 696px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.sap.sc.gov.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-07-18-at-18.57.27.jpeg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-21591 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sap.sc.gov.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-07-18-at-18.57.27-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"696\" height=\"464\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sejuri.sc.gov.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-07-18-at-18.57.27-1024x683.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/www.sejuri.sc.gov.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-07-18-at-18.57.27-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.sejuri.sc.gov.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-07-18-at-18.57.27-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.sejuri.sc.gov.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-07-18-at-18.57.27-1536x1025.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/www.sejuri.sc.gov.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-07-18-at-18.57.27.jpeg 1715w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-21591\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Cr\u00e9dito: Jaqueline Noceti\/SEJURI<\/figcaption><\/figure>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Em mais uma a\u00e7\u00e3o de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores da seguran\u00e7a, o Governo do Estado instituiu o pagamento da Indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o Uniforme para policiais penais e agentes de seguran\u00e7a socioeducativos.
